Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your email accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you want to forward email messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
